How Do I Book My Charter?

Step One: Where Are You Traveling To?

So you’ve decided to take a trip somewhere in the world and you want to treat yourself to a bit of luxury? That’s great! Your first step is completed, you know where and when you want to go, now you just have to get in touch with us and send us your trip details. You can either head over to our Online Booking Form where you can fill out the required details, or you can send the information over email, or phone call. Step Two: Review Your Options

At Step Two, you would have received a few options from us via email. If you’ve asked us to look for a specific aircraft type then we will send you a specific quotation, however if you’re not fussed we will send you a few quotes to consider the different ranges of private jets available. The quote will be sent as a .PDF document and will include all the details of your trip, including but not limited to your aircraft type, route, passengers, terms and conditions and most importantly your price. Step Three: The Confirmation!

Confirming Your Charter You’ve accepted your Charter Quote, and you’re excited to get everything finalised…. When you tell us that you’re happy with the quote, we will generate a charterers contract. This is a document which reflects the offer in the quote however the difference between the two is that this document will include the finer details such as the Terms and Conditions. You Must Sign and Return This is the legal contract between you and our company for the service you are buying, for this reason it’s important to check that everything is correct and you’re 100% happy.
