How to respond to, and efficiently and correctly close, audit findings assigned to you in Centrik 5. For finding owners and responsible managers: locating your findings, the Act phase (immediate corrective actions, root cause analysis, root cause correction and the corrective action plan), the auditor's decision, the Close phase (implementation and evidence), deadlines and postponements, and closing findings that need a manual change using the Transport Malta OAN 02/25 process as a worked example. 10 lessons followed by a final quiz (pass mark 80%).
