Aircraft parts sales and sourcing

Aircraft parts, sourced with the paperwork that makes them usable

Finding the right part is only half the job. It also has to arrive in the right condition, with traceability your quality department will accept, at the place you need it. Aero Services Consulting searches our supplier network, checks the records and manages the deal — so you can get on with running your operation.

  • Engine disks and LLPs

What we offer

01

Parts sourcing

Send us a part number, quantity and the condition you need. We search our supplier network and come back with availability, condition, paperwork status and price.

02

AOG support

An aircraft on the ground costs money every hour. AOG requests are prioritised, and we focus on parts that can reach you quickly with the right certification.

03

Outsourced stores

We act as a stores department for operators who would rather not carry that function in-house — handling supplier relationships, availability checks and documentation on every part.

04

Surplus and as-removed parts

Holding parts you no longer need? Tell us what you have and its paperwork status and we will look to match it with buyers.

05

Repair and overhaul coordination

When an as-removed part is the better value, we can arrange for it to go to an approved repair station for overhaul before it reaches you.

06

Records review

We review certificates and traceability before a part ships, drawing on our background in EASA and UK CAA compliance auditing.

New, overhauled, serviceable or as-removed

Not every part needs to be new, and not every budget allows for it. We source the condition that actually fits your requirement.

NE

Factory new from the manufacturer or an approved source.

OH

Overhauled

Restored to the manufacturer’s specification by an approved repair station.

Aircraft parts: common questions

Can you source parts for any aircraft or engine type?

Yes. Tell us the part number and the aircraft or engine it fits, and we will search our supplier network. We see most demand for narrow-body engine parts — CFM56, V2500, CFM LEAP and PW1000G — but we regularly source bespoke items such as windshields for specific airframes.

How quickly can you respond to an AOG request?

AOG requests are prioritised. Send the part number, condition required and delivery location, mark it as AOG, and we will come back to you as quickly as possible with the options available.

What paperwork will come with the part?

At minimum a release certificate — EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3 or UK CAA Form 1, as your approval requires. For life-limited parts we look for back-to-birth traceability, plus non-incident and non-military statements and shop findings where available.

Do you buy surplus or as-removed parts?

Yes. If you hold surplus inventory or as-removed parts, send us the part numbers, quantities, condition and paperwork status and we will look to match them with demand.

Can you arrange repair or overhaul of an as-removed part?

Yes. Where overhauling an as-removed part is the better option for your maintenance plan, we can arrange for it to be sent to an approved repair station.

Where are you based?

We operate from Malta and the UK and support operators, lessors and MROs internationally.
